What we collect

• What you enter in our forms: your work email, your phone number (only if you choose to give it), which invoice portals you use, and roughly how many portal invoices you send each month.
• If you book a call: the name, email and time you enter in the scheduling calendar.
• Basic ad and visit data: the ad campaign or link that brought you here (for example, UTM tags or a Google click ID) and standard cookie data from Google Ads, used to measure which ads work.

We never ask for portal logins, passwords or payment details on this site.

How we use it

• To send you the information, demo or free trial you asked for, and to follow up about it by email or phone.
• To understand which ads and pages bring in interested teams, so we can improve them.

We don’t sell your information.

Who helps us process it

• Web3Forms delivers form submissions to our inbox.
• HubSpot runs the demo scheduling calendar.
• Google Ads measures ad performance using cookies.
• Monto, our technology partner that operates the AI agent, receives your contact details and portal answers so they can set up your demo or free trial.

How long we keep it

We keep your details only as long as we need them to follow up with you and run our business, then delete them.
